By downloading, installing, or using Local AI (“the Application”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Application.
Use of the Application
Local AI is provided to enable users to run AI models locally on their own devices. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Application complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms. The Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
AI Models and Third-Party Providers
Local AI may allow you to download, install, or use AI models provided by third parties, including but not limited to Hugging Face and individual model creators. By downloading or using any model, you automatically agree to the applicable terms, licenses, and conditions of the model provider. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding those terms before downloading or using any model.
Data and Privacy
All AI processing performed by Local AI runs locally on your device. Local AI does not collect, store, or transmit your personal data, prompts, files, or outputs. Any data used within the Application remains under your control on your own system.
Responsibility and Liability
You are solely responsible for how you use the Application and any content generated by AI models. Local AI and its operators shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from the use of the Application, including but not limited to incorrect outputs, data loss, or misuse of generated content.
Third-Party Content and Services
The Application may reference or link to third-party services, software, or content. Local AI does not control and is not responsible for third-party products, services, or policies.
Updates and Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

いずれかのモデルをダウンロードまたは使用した時点で、利用者は当該モデル提供者が定める利用規約、ライセンス、条件に自動的に同意したものとみなされます。
利用者は、モデルをダウンロードまたは使用する前に、これらの条件を確認し、理解する責任を負うものとします。
データおよびプライバシー
Local AIによるすべてのAI処理は、利用者のデバイス上でローカルに実行されます。
Local AIは、利用者の個人データ、入力内容、ファイル、生成結果を収集、保存、または送信することはありません。
本アプリケーション内で使用されるすべてのデータは、利用者自身のシステム上で管理されます。
責任および免責
本アプリケーションの利用方法およびAIモデルによって生成されるすべての内容については、利用者が単独で責任を負うものとします。
Local AIおよびその運営者は、本アプリケーションの利用に起因または関連して発生した損害、損失、その他の結果について、誤った出力、データ損失、生成コンテンツの不適切な使用を含め、いかなる責任も負いません。
第三者コンテンツおよびサービス
本アプリケーションには、第三者のサービス、ソフトウェア、またはコンテンツへの参照やリンクが含まれる場合があります。
Local AIは、第三者の製品、サービス、またはポリシーを管理せず、これらについて一切の責任を負いません。
規約の変更
当社は、本利用規約を随時変更または更新する権利を留保します。
変更後も本アプリケーションの利用を継続した場合、利用者は変更後の利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。
